H.A.C Flash of The Week (Invest in youth)

NY Red Bulls played yesterday against the New England Revolution 2-1. This game was very important because the team did not win a game since April 30th (5 ties and 2 losses). These negative performances are mainly due to the international players leaving for international duty (Gold Cup). This is foremost the case for central defender Rafael Marquez and offensive midfielder Dwayne de Rosario.
The management should look for a creative midfielder and solid central defender in the future. It would be a good idea to invest in young, talented players. So far MLS teams have been able to attract players to finish their careers in the United States with David Beckham being the most famous. However, MLS management, including NY, should look at partnerships with soccer schools in Spain and England; this would be beneficial for the Red bulls and development of it's youth academy. In fact, best players like Ronaldo and Messi were all in soccer schools before becoming the stars that they are today.  In my opinion, it is paramount to invest in the youth. What is yours?
